FAQ
Q: When is the next zombie walk?
A: SUNDAY OCTOBER 25TH! The walk will start at 3pm so we recommend getting there by 2:30pm so you don't miss the start of the walk, any important announcements or the many photo opportunities!
Q: Where will it happen?
A: Starting at Wickham Park (which is located on the corner of Wickham Terrace and Albert Street) the walk will move into the center of the City and then continue to Fortitude Valley. See where for further details.
Q: Are there any rules?
A: The first rule is to have fun! But aside from that using common sense is the most important rule. Zombies are not immune from traffic so keep off the roads unless crossing at a pedestrian crossing while safe to do so. Observe and respect other zombies personal space (likewise with the uninfected and uninformed masses who will undoubtedly be drawn to the walk for photos etc). Also, Brisbane is a beautiful city, so let's keep it that way but not littering and leaving as little gore behind as possible. There will be an increased police presence this year and anyone being anti-social could potentially be prosecuted, so please use common sense while having fun.
Q: How do I dress like a zombie?
A: If you're struggling with ideas, there are many websites that give some excellent hints at creating that perfect zombie look. To make your lives a little easier, here are some makeup tutorials to have a look at:

Q: What is the after-party?
A: This year the Official After Party will take place at Birdee Num Num's, starting from 5pm. This is a licensed venue so you must be 18+ to attend. The entry is free though a gold coin donation would be appreciated. There will be food for sale at amazingly cheap prices, with profits going towards the Brain Foundation.
Q: Can I help?
A: Of course! We want to spread the word to all those who would be keen to take part. See the PROMO page for the posters/flyers for the walk and the after-party and spread the word!
